*this is a sticky post, and will remain at the top of the blog for now*
september fading;
karnival tal-bloggijiet
what will you submit?
That was me attempting a haiku, by the way ;-)
The end of the month has snuck up on me, and October will be here in a week's time four days two days - with it, the fourth edition of the Karnival :-)
The idea is simple, it's a round-up of posts submitted by Maltese bloggers (and we define this loosely as anyone who is Maltese, or lives in Malta, or otherwise has ties to Malta).
So have a look through your archives and pick a post (doesn't have to be a recent one), any post at all, for whatever reason you like. Literary merit not required. Just send me the link, either by leaving a comment on this post or by emailing me at ~~ maltagirl ~~ at ~~ gmail ~~ dot ~~ com.
The Karnival will go live some time on October 1st, so you have until then :-)
*goes off to trawl through the archives*
P.S. The nice folks over at blogcarnival.com have begun featuring the Karnival on their site. If you're interested in checking out other carnivals, there would be a good place to go.

oops, we posted the wrong trackback (since the karnival will be up on October 1).
Fixed now.

one haiku deserves another:
this month almost gone;
karnival ta' MaltaGirl
will appear again
my new blog address has messed up my archives a little...so i'll have to sort things out a little bit before i can submit this time unless i go for a very recent entry.

Well done maltagirl... especially for internationalising our Carnival on that cool page. Looked thru the past three and it was really a good job.. I love your variations for summarising the posts... hope you will allow me two posts for J'Accuse since it has turned bilingual...

Forsi lsieni twil
Inparla hafna fil-vojt
B'din zgur ma nfallix

Thanks for the submissions!
Jacques, well, I suppose that I could inconvenience a few more electrons and let you have another entry - I just hope that Twanny doesn't demand five ;-) Sellili ghal Gakbu!
Antonio, nice one, I think that's the first haiku in Maltese I've ever seen :-)

I thought I'd annoy you all with some archy for this month's carnival. Thing is, post is divided in two so I dunno if this is against the rules (if it is, pls just chuck it, don't feel bad:-) )
