You do not HAVE to break the gluten-free part - you could try buckwheat crepes - or galettes du sarrasin as they are known in France. Can be as good as crepes although admittedly they are meant to be for savoury stuffing not for sweet.


Thanks for the tip Jacques - if it turns out that I should stay gluten free (waiting for test results) then I know you probably have plenty of recipes up your sleeve! One good thing - I tried rice cakes for the first time and I quite like them *grin* they taste like popcorn to me.
